Boink-Town, U.S.A.-  Members of the Boink-Town chapter of "Keen on Jesus" are planning to hold their first annual Bible Beat-Off at the end of this month.  Organized by the reverend Montgomery St. Clair, the Beat-Off will be the biggest event of its kind in town history.  St. Clair is very excited about the event and is looking forward to a large turnout with "plenty of Christ to go around".  To ensure that the Beat-Off is a moralicious success, St. Clair has enlisted the help of Salvation-At-A-Profit Ministries who specialize in the promotion and execution of spiritual revivals, Biblethons, gay-turnaround seminars, and various other occasions that require large tents and portable toilets.

Salvation-At-A-Profit also has a large stable of charismatic preachers and musical acts that dazzle believers and witnesses, turning them into a frenzied mass of saved, albeit poorer, souls.  Among their talent pool is the God-rock sensation Tears of Peace, whose debut album "Fishers of Men" placed 124th on the Christian Charts for three consecutive weeks.

The Beat-Off will also feature the evangelical stylings of Leroy Callahan, complete with his famous solid gold Redemption Chair with which he has saved hundreds of sinners from hell's stinky heat.  Reverend St. Clair is looking forward to the event and sees it as a very positive step in Boink-Town's salvation, reminding the town's sinners that "the Bible Beat-Off will be held at the county fair grounds and admission is only twenty dollars for Christians, twenty-five for non-believers and seven dollars for children under ten, believer or not."
