Gina Damone at Tribourne's birthday bash.
Boink-Town - Local businessman John Tribourne is said to be lamenting his decision to turn his back on long-time mistress Gina Damone in order to try and “work things out” with his wife, Mrs. Cheryl Tribourne. Tribourne claims that his decision to break things off with Miss Damone was “hasty” and that he his sorry that he did it now that she has been “hounding him” for the last few weeks and has turned his life into, what he describes as, “the fourth concentric ring of hell”.

According to Tribourne, Damone has shown up at several of his business meetings and many of his family’s recent holiday and birthday gatherings carrying signs sporting slogans such as; “John Tribourne Gave Me Crabs”, “John May Be A Dick, But Doesn’t Have One”, and “You said You Would Marry Me”.

Adding vinegar to his regret is that now that his wife knows about the three-year-long affair, she is suing him for divorce and is constantly harping on him about his indiscretions; two annoying inconveniences that Tribourne claims he could do without.

Tribourne’s business is also said to be suffering because Damone has become a constant fixture outside of his office, and he can no longer persuade current or potential clients to come to meetings there.

Tribourne says that he is trying desperately to patch things up with the two women, and wishes that he had known better than to cross Miss Damone, who explicitly told him that something like this would happen if he ever ended their relationship.

“I thought that mistresses always made empty threats like that, I never dreamed that mine would actually make good on them, I mean, she’s a mistress for Christ’s sake…I didn’t know they (mistresses) were so big on keeping their word.”

Tribourne is currently staying at a local motel that offers reasonable weekly rates and is running his business out of the back of a rented Dodge Aries, praying in vain that each new day will be his last.
